Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound calls with clients, delivering excellent customer service. Proactively identify and secure new clients, driving business growth. Use advanced Excel and IT skills to manage data, generate reports, and support decision-making (Excel testing will be required as part of the interview process). Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and client onboarding processes. Provide regular updates on sales performance and key metrics. Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities. What We're Looking For: Advanced Excel and IT skills - this is essential. Excellent phone communication skills - you must be confident and professional. Experience in sales, retail management, or business development, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with strong organisational skills.
