Manager, Financial Advisory (Investment & Project Financing)

Location: Petaling Jaya/ Johor Bahru Reports To: Head of Integrated Clean Energy Solutions (ICES) Department: Integrated Clean Energy Solutions (ICES)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop, present, coordinate, and manage ICES projects.
• Able to perform electrical energy site walk audit and prepare site summary report.
• Electrical engineering with IoT knowledge for system design, presentation, and site equipment setup.
• Create and review project design including incorporated information from system design.
• Support other activities as Business Development and Operation and Maintenance of ICES Projects.
• Develop and execute project risk management plans for new projects.
• Evaluate project resource needs for executing the projects.
• Support contract negotiations with vendors, suppliers, and owners.
• Reporting of project updates to managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electrical & Electronic Engineering is required, preferably with Battery Energy Storage System, Energy Efficiency Solution, Software platform experience.
• Min. of 1-2 years of project experience from proposal to tendering and execution.
• Experience with analyzing site-specific project strategies & development.
• Ability to manage project staff and sub-contractors independently.
• Excellent IT skills and relevant knowledge of Planning software including MS Project & Primavera P6 or latest software.
• Time management and planning skills.
• Strong organizational skills and methodological approach.
• High attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.
• Ability to work as part of a team and individually.
• A Site Management background is an added advantage.
