HR Generalist

We are currently recruiting for a HR Generalist position on behalf of a well-established Insurance organisation. Dublin South - Hybrid role (Initially 4 days on-site for probation). Brilliant package and opportunity for progression. Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment process from advertising to offer.
• Support on employee queries, HR administration and HRIS.
• Assist with HR projects and implementations.
• Support on well-being and engagement, including strategy development.
• Liaise with vendors to organise internal HR events.
• Support and run on-boarding induction.
• Stakeholder management and liaising with senior management on HR needs.
• Work alongside the HRBP on any aspects of ER and performance management.

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in a HR role, ideally within a dynamic HR Generalist role, must have proven Financial Services or Insurance industry experience.
• HR qualification or equivalent.
• Keen understanding of well-being, engagement, recruitment and general life-cycle process.
• Strong communication, innovation and organisation skills.
