We are currently recruiting for a HR Generalist position on behalf of a well-established Insurance organisation. Dublin South - Hybrid role (Initially 4 days on-site for probation). Brilliant package and opportunity for progression. Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment process from advertising to offer.
- Support on employee queries, HR administration and HRIS.
- Assist with HR projects and implementations.
- Support on well-being and engagement, including strategy development.
- Liaise with vendors to organise internal HR events.
- Support and run on-boarding induction.
- Stakeholder management and liaising with senior management on HR needs.
- Work alongside the HRBP on any aspects of ER and performance management.
- 3+ years experience in a HR role, ideally within a dynamic HR Generalist role, must have proven Financial Services or Insurance industry experience.
- HR qualification or equivalent.
- Keen understanding of well-being, engagement, recruitment and general life-cycle process.
- Strong communication, innovation and organisation skills.
