The Langham, Hong Kong is recruiting management trainees in the Langham Leadership Trainee Programme (LLTP) , which is the latest global talent development initiative, to develop high potential young talents who have passion in the hotel industry to cope with company growth globally and groom emerging talents to become our future leaders in an 18-month development programme.Ideal / Successful Candidates
We are looking for fresh (recent) graduates who are dynamic, open-minded, and willing to go the extra mile in providing extraordinary guest services in the hotel. By acquiring all-round experience in Rooms Division within 18 months, Langham Leadership Trainee will be given unique opportunities to receive rotational operation training in Guest Services, Concierge & Housekeeping with foundational management skills in Rooms. Upon completion of the programme, he/she will be able to take up the role of assistant manager/supervisor, subject to performance evaluation, in one of the operation teams to further individual career development.Our Resources
The programme consists of six key development resources. Langham Leadership Trainee will receive a tailored learning and development programme including on-the-job operation and management training, project assignment & presentation, eLearning, on-the-job coaching & evaluation, cross exposure in other properties, and mentoring.Selection / Qualifications
- Fresh (recent) graduates who have a relevant bachelor degree in Hospitality, Hotel or Catering Management;
- Upscale guest service experience is an advantage; Relevant internship experience will also be considered.
- Strong passion in providing excellent people-oriented and hotel service & be devoted in Rooms operations management;
- Good communications, strong interpersonal skills and team spirit are a must;
- Taking initiative, independent & confident;
- Well spoken and written English while Mandarin proficiency is essential.
