• Develop and maintain business requirements for IT application enhancements and projects.
• Work with business users to define requirements and solutions within properties.
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to clarify requirements and provide knowledgeable system support.
• Manage project teams and deliver consolidated solutions for integration, issue resolution, and risk management.
• Define and manage all team processes, ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and PMO standards.
• Produce quality deliverables following the SDLC process and project management standards.
• Provide application support and solutions to all properties in the region, acting as the escalation point.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new initiatives in line with management guidelines and assess their impact on business operations.
• Manage project timelines and validate project deliverables to ensure they meet business objectives.
• Adhere to company rules and regulations.

• Minimum: Bachelor's Degree
• Preferred: Master's Degree
• Field: Management Information Systems or related business discipline

• Minimum 8+ years of working experience
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a related area
• English: Fluent in speaking and proficient in writing
• Cantonese: Fluent in speaking and proficient in writing

• Proficiency in MS Office Automation (Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of MS Project and Visio is advantageous
• Familiarity with Figma is advantageous
• Understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) approach
• Familiarity with IT processes, policies, and procedures
• Experience with gaming applications, particularly TGT, TGA, FW, and OFW, is advantageous
