Job Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical, independent and problem-solving skills
- Lead and develop strong effective relationships
- Degree holder with at least 10 years of relevant experience in the banking industry
- To contribute towards good quality client data
- Highly motivated to enhance client experiences
- Achieve/exceed the business targets set
- Effectively respond and manage client enquiries
- Guarantee Monthly Income > HK$20K + Full commission
- Access to products and services from >55 business providers
- Assist in the supervision of daily operations of Reply Letters
- Ensure the working procedures and workflow are in compliance with external standards
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints
- Ensure prompt and appropriate escalation of issues
- Proficiency in spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Ensure services align with client expectations
- Strong knowledge of Client Service in Trade
- Participate in initiatives to streamline workflows
- Bachelor's Degree
- Flexible, detail-oriented, and meticulous
- Handle inquiries from customers and internal departments
