Manager, Accounting and Reporting

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Manager – Accounting and Reporting. Reporting to Director, this full-time and permanent position is based in Hong Kong, allowing you to make a significant impact to our growth. Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop & maintain client relationships, looking for opportunities for upsell and cross sell.
2. Manage resources to deliver timely and high-quality deliverables in terms of periodic management account reporting, consolidated financial statements, tax compliance, and liaison with tax authorities.
3. Manage process for working with shared service centre to improve efficiency and quality of deliverables.
4. Provide coaching and support to junior staff.
5. Work with other departments to work as One Vistra to service clients.
6. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Key Requirement:

1. Degree in Accounting.
2. At least 8 years of relevant experience, with 3 years audit experience in sizable audit firm is a plus.
3. Experience in managing and developing junior team members.
4. Advising clients (either internal/external).
5. Fluency in English.
6. Good command of Putonghua.
7. Proficient in MS Office, MYOB, QuickBooks accounting software.
8. Open-minded.
9. Good understanding of international business practices.
10. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
11. Self-driven and enthusiastic.
12. A wide degree of creativity and latitude.
13. A strong sense of ownership to complete deliverables in a practical and pragmatic approach.
14. Positive strong team player and willing to go the extra mile.
15. Ability to complete individual deliverables and communicate efficiently with different parties.
