Senior Executive, Auditor Compliance & InvestigatorReports To
Head, QA, Safety & SecurityRole Purpose
To ensure ADS is in full compliance with the various regulatory, customer airlines and company standards requirements in order to ensure safe, secure, efficient and effective operations.Key Accountability
- Perform audit and operations surveillance to ensure operations are consistently in full compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Ensure implementation of effective SMS by Business Unit (BU) and vendors to raise safety benchmarks for ground operations.
- Review, analyze and escalate BU Corrective Action Plan (CAP) on hazard reports and ground safety occurrence findings, and follow-up in the Corporate Safety Information System (CSIS).
- Track, monitor and submit safety reports for review in the Accountable Managers Committee (AMC).
- Develop and implement divisional Safety Action Plans to achieve divisional KPI objectives, with consistent reduction in ground safety occurrences.
Qualification & Experience
- Degree in Occupational Safety & Health with 4 years experience as a Safety & Health Officer and Aviation Auditor.
- Certificate in Occupational Safety & Health and Aviation Operations.
Skills & Knowledge
- Analysis and report writing skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Aviation operation knowledge.
- Safety, Security & Health knowledge in the Aviation Industry.
- Ability to obtain buy-in from Business Units (BUs) to execute recommendations for process improvement.
- Ability to obtain effective and on-time Corrective Action Plans (CAP) from BUs.
- Communication skills to overcome barriers with foreign workers to ensure understanding and compliance with company requirements and SOPs.
- Ensure BUs and vendors comply with DCA/IOSA/IOSAGO/Foreign Airlines requirements.
