Web Developer - Shopify/Wordpress

Job Summary :We are seeking a talented Web Developer with expertise in WordPress and Shopify development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, developing, and maintaining dynamic websites, with a strong focus on custom themes, plugins, and API integrations.Responsibilities :Website Development :- Build, customize, and maintain websites on WordPress and Shopify platforms.- Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces.Custom Themes and Plugins :- Design and implement custom themes for WordPress and Shopify.- Develop and maintain custom plugins or apps to meet project requirements.API Integration :- Integrate third-party APIs for payment gateways, CRM systems, and other custom functionalities.- Develop custom APIs for seamless data flow between platforms.Optimization :- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and scalability.- Ensure websites adhere to SEO best practices.Maintenance :- Regularly update and maintain WordPress and Shopify websites.- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs or issues promptly.Collaboration :- Work closely with designers, content creators, and project managers to deliver high-quality web solutions.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and implement project requirements.Requirements :Technical Skills :- 3+ years of hands-on experience in WordPress and Shopify development.- Proficiency in programming languages like PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.- Strong understanding of Liquid (for Shopify) and PHP (for WordPress).- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.Experience :- Expertise in creating custom WordPress themes and plugins.- Experience with Shopify theme customization and app development.- Knowledge of CMS workflows, including content migration and database management.
