With over 10,000+ customers and an ambitious trajectory toward global expansion, there's never been a better time to join Rewaa!The Procurement Specialist will oversee and optimize the procurement process, manage transactional procurement operations, and supervise tactic-level purchases across various procurement categories. This role demands sharp attention to detail, exceptional organizational abilities, and a solid grasp of procurement principles in fast-paced SaaS environments.Key AccountabilitiesIdentify, build, and maintain relationships with local suppliers/vendors capable of providing goods and services required by the organization.Generate, monitor, and track purchase orders for approved requisitions, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures and timely delivery.Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders.Negotiate competitive prices with local suppliers/vendors to achieve cost savings and improve procurement efficiency.Ensure that purchased goods and services meet quality standards and specifications.Maintain and update procurement records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Rewaa’s policies.Provide regular reports on procurement activities and performance metrics.Perform additional tasks as requested by the immediate manager.Requirements and QualificationsRiyadh base.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management with a minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in a local or regional context.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Fluency in English and Arabic.Compensation and BenefitsCompetitive monthly salary.Stock Option Plan.Health insurance for the employee and their spouse and children.21 working days annual vacation.Rewaa is a fast-growing company with great opportunities to develop.Alert for CandidatesPlease be aware that Rewaa and its subsidiaries do not conduct interviews via email or text and will never request payment as a condition for applying for a position or receiving a job offer.
