Take a leap with Tahaluf, we are offering you the chance to:Work within a highly dynamic business with the energy and style of a start-upBe part of building a business that is launching new products and events at scaleGrab an opportunity to accelerate your career and make a real impact.The Marketing Executive is responsible for the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns in order to achieve business targets and objectives.Working with the Marketing Manager, senior stakeholders and external vendors to support the overarching marketing strategy and commercial objectives through increased brand engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver a wide variety of targeted content across multiple platforms to increase audience engagement and retention.Execute media plans and produce marketing communications materials through the utilisation of various visual assets and content.Copywriting and content: Create impactful, audience and insight-led content, appropriate to the channel; demonstrating excellence in copywriting and proofreading.Employ a metrics-driven approach for all outbound activities. Demonstrate analytical knowledge and an understanding of the importance of data.Conduct market research to understand customer, competitor and market trends. Demonstrate knowledge through own plans and team discussions; with a particular focus on customer insight and experience.Build positive relationships with internal colleagues and external stakeholders at all levels. Use appropriate opportunities to relay the voice of the customer across the wider marketing teams.QualificationsMinimum of 2 years' experience as Marketing ExecutiveBachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceQualities & ExperienceMarketing StrategyMarketing DeliveryMeasuring EffectivenessBrand ManagementCopywriting & EditingCustomer Experience ManagementRelationship ManagementData Gathering & AnalysisMarket InsightsCreativityCommunicating for ImpactInfluencingAdditional Information* Please note that this role is reserved for Saudi Nationals only *Core Benefits:Medical Insurance for individual and familyAnnual leave - 25 daysRemote working on SundaysWorking anywhere - 1 month every year, or for senior managers and above, 2 months every yearLocal Relocation Package*:Paid flight to Riyadh (for you and your dependents)30 days accommodation or suitable serviced apartment from your arrival date. Alternatively, if you already have accommodation in Riyadh and do not require a hotel or serviced apartment, then we provide a one-off payment of SAR 5,000SAR 2,500 towards shipping goods/excess baggage costs on production of receipts/invoices
