Saliba are looking for a reliable and professional Executive Assistant to be the right hand to our Director. In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting our director and the day to day operations of the business. Key Responsibilities
- Diary, email and appointment management
- Document and property preparations for Sales listings
- Ad hoc projects and tasks
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Liaising with tradespeople to prepare properties for sale
- Working closely with the team to enhance processes for efficient within the workspace
- Office management duties including compliance and staff events
- Assisting the sales team with admin and sales processes
- Someone with Real-Estate experience working in an EA role
- Someone who possesses a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- An ability to multitask, take initiative and is proactive
- Excellent communication skills and customer service ethic
- Superior organisational and time management skills, with an attention to detail
- A warm, engaging, and professional demeanor
- An eagerness for continual learning and development
- Resides locally to our office
