Field Application Engineer

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Field Application Engineer (Microdevices): Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, lead and conduct company Microdevices promotion to expand business in targeted electronics industry market & applications area.
• Provide electronics circuit design technical support to ensure customer design-in of company electronic components.
• Provide training in using company electronic components and development tools to customers.
• Support customers to resolve technical issues pertaining to the design-in of company electronic components.
• Conduct market survey to identify target market & application area to expand business.
• Conduct product seminars & exhibitions.
• Support digital marketing initiatives to expand company reach.

• Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering.
• At least 3 or more years of electronics components technical applications support.
• Preferred technical knowledge in the following fields:
• Timing devices such as crystal, oscillators, RTC.
• MCU, display controllers.
• Sensors.
• Digital and analog electronics hardware design.
• Good knowledge of the electronics components industry is an added advantage.
• Required to travel regionally.

• Salary: Up to MYR 7,500 + VB (2-3 Months).
• Working Location: Penang, Malaysia.
