Working Hours: 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Reporting Line: COO (Country Head) Job Description
- Be a hunter to aggressively open new dealers, stock points, retail chain stores, hardware shops, carpenter accounts and develop new business relationships.
- Achieve company’s sales objectives to meet the annual sales budget, securing retail sales through distribution and dealer sales channels across Malaysia.
- Formulate the sales and marketing strategy to penetrate and gain market share.
- Responsible for managing multiple brands and vertical sales.
- Strategic long-term account management of existing and new dealers and customers.
- Accurate planning of stocks.
- Manage a team of sales executives.
- Work closely with carpenters.
- Collaborate with contractors.
- Maintain relationships with current contractors and find new contractors.
- Work with the sales team and make monthly reports.
- Find carpenters in Penang, JB, and Kuantan (needs to travel around).
- Manage interactions between contractors and designers.
- Minimum experience of 5 years in sales leadership and dealership creation.
- Preferably from the HPL Industry.
- Related industry refers to: Building & Construction, Interiors, Paint etc.
- Preferably a Business Management Diploma or Degree Holder.
- Outstanding communication & leadership skills.
- Customer-oriented.
- Independent, sales-driven & self-motivated.
