Executive, Project Management Office (PMO)

Role Purpose:- To support delivery of project within scope, schedule, resources and cost and able to manage small size of project or SRF project
- To assist / support project managers for the specific project tasks and preparation of periodic reports
- To support PMO for the Prioritization Steering Committee (PrSC) secretarial works and project governance tasks
- Accomplish projects to meet company's objectives
- Managing the projects in accordance to Prudential Project Management Policy & Handbook
- To act as main point of contact for all administrative items i.e. Admin Champion
- To facilitate the delivery of important meetings including scheduling and management of attendance of PrWC, PrSC and PIC minutes preparation
- Assist in the preparation of periodic reports for Product Implementation Committee (PIC), Risk Management Committee (RMC) and Prioritization Steering Committee (PrSC) as required and distribute to relevant stakeholders on timely manner
- Ensure clear communication and alignment across stakeholders especially for PIC weekly meeting and ORT arrangement
- As BCP Coordinator, ensure effective and timely communication on BCP related matters.
- To facilitate team travel booking and staff claims in accordance to company policies
- Close monitoring on department timelines on compliance/risk matters e.g. training
- Support PMO quality improvement initiatives and implementation
- To support or manage the small size projects in accordance to Prudential project management policy and PruBSN PMO standards
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/IT/Business or any related discipline
- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience
- Good understanding of the financial and/or insurance industry and insurance systems and operational processes are added advantages
- PMP/ Prince 2 certified is preferred
- Dedicated team player with good leadership skills
- Possess strong client management experience, communication and people development skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, both oral & written
