The General Manager - Lounges is responsible for the complete operational activity associated with the running of the Singapore Airlines lounges located in Singapore Changi Airport. Job Description Develop and deliver lounge operations to budget Continually grow customer satisfaction ratings Continual development of service culture programs Protect lounges under our care Oversee recruitment and retention of key talent within the department Ensure that interactions with our guests (internal or external) are positive, productive and professional Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office Knowledge of labor laws and employment visa requirements in multiple countries Strong knowledge of restaurant and lounge service Proven cost management ability Additional Information Our culture of inclusion welcomes everyone regardless of race, gender and background. #J-18808-Ljbffr
