Store Manager - Old Taupo Road

About the Role This is a critical position within our Rotorua retail store on Old Taupo Road that requires an excellent people leader and sales manager to help us further grow and expand within the local region. This is a busy role that requires a hands-on Manager to oversee the following:

1. Management and profitability of products and sales
2. Training and development of staff
3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
4. Accurate stock management and quality control
5. Ensuring best Health & Safety procedures and processes are followed

1. A full, clean NZ Driver's License
2. Proven experience working within the automotive and/or tyre industry and within retail sales
3. Excellent communication and people leadership skills
4. Strong commercial acumen and business management skills
5. A strict approach to Health and Safety and dedication to implement best practice across all store operations
