Associate Software Developer - .Net

Position Overview The potential candidate will be working with a team of dedicated and committed engineers for the development of healthcare application platform and solutions for the transformation of Singapore Healthcare IT landscape. The Associate Software Developer applies subject matter knowledge in applications development, possessing well-developed skills in design, development, testing, debugging, and implementing software applications or specialized utility programs in support of end users' needs on platforms. Role & Responsibilities Support regular updates and recommend improvements to existing applications. Support project manager or product owner on project or product planning. Translate business requirements into technical architectures & detail solutions. Assess and validate solution and infrastructure feasibility in hybrid cloud environment and compliance to IT policy. Design application architecture including the integration with external systems. Develop the detail design of the core application components and be creative in exploring a range of application designs and solutions. Ensure the application has robust design and security protection. Conduct hands-on coding and coach internal development team on design and coding. Work with relevant DevOps engineer for release management and deployment of application releases. Provide guidance and technical support to testing and quality assurance teams. Work under limited supervision to effectively deal with unfamiliar issues. Be a keen learner, able to apply structured, analytical thinking to develop applications. Be a strong team player, who communicates ideas and gets along with others easily. Requirements Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology. 1-4 years of relevant work experience in software product development and life cycle. Strong experience in API design and implementation. Experience in application architecture design and database design. Hands-on development experience for Frontend & Backend application (C#, .Net Core, & ReactJS). Experience in AWS or Azure. Experience in Azure DevOps or equivalent CI/CD. Experience in Microservices design and development will be advantageous. Knowledge and experience in application design patterns. Proactive and meticulous. Value driven and versatile. Approach design and development of solution with the mindset of software product development. Experience with agile development methodologies.
