Job Title: Airline Ticketing Expert Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Airline Ticketing Expert to join our team. If you have 3-5 years of experience in the travel industry, possess in-depth knowledge of Global Distribution System (GDS) tools, with a primary focus on Sabre Red, and are ready to work in a 24*7 or night shift setting, we invite you to apply for this role. Key Responsibilities:
- Handling Ticketing Queues: You will be responsible for efficiently managing ticketing queues, ensuring timely issuance, modifications, and cancellations of airline tickets.
- Working on GDS Sabre: Proficiency in utilizing Sabre Red for making reservations, retrieving travel information, and processing tickets is essential.
- Proper Email Etiquette: Communicate with clients and colleagues professionally and courteously through email, adhering to established etiquette standards.
- Ticketing, Exchange, and Refund Knowledge: Expertise in ticketing processes, ticket exchanges, and refunds, while strictly adhering to company policies and industry guidelines.
- Understanding EMD & MCO: A solid understanding of Electronic Miscellaneous Documents (EMD) and Miscellaneous Charges Orders (MCO) is required for this role.
- Experience: You should have a proven track record of 3-5 years in the travel industry, specifically within ticketing processes.
- GDS Proficiency: A strong command of GDS tools, with a particular emphasis on Sabre Red.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
- Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in a 24*7 shift or night shift environment (5 days working & 2 days off).
- Ticketing Expertise: Knowledge of ticketing, exchange, and refund procedures.
- EMD & MCO: Familiarity with Electronic Miscellaneous Documents (EMD) and Miscellaneous Charges Orders (MCO).
