Duration: 3 months Location: Pioneer Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 830am to 530pm; Friday 830am to 515pm Responsibilities: Coordinate and maintain accurate records of student candidature matters, including milestone tracking, extensions, and program variations. Process and monitor student enrolment status, ensuring compliance with university policies and regulations. Maintain comprehensive documentation of all candidature processes and procedures. Generate regular reports on student progression and milestone completion. Thesis Advisory Committee (TAC) Administration: Coordinate the establishment of TACs for new research students. Schedule and organise regular TAC meetings. Process TAC reports and follow up on recommendations. Maintain records of supervisor arrangements and any changes. Qualifying Examination Management: Coordinate the scheduling of qualifying examinations. Liaise with faculty to arrange examination panels. Prepare and distribute relevant documentation to all parties. Process examination outcomes and maintain records. Requirements: Possess a recognized Diploma in higher education, arts management, or a related field. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.), as well as collaboration tools such as Teams and Zoom. A minimum of 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in an Institution of Higher Learning (IHL) environment. Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English, with strong communication skills to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
