The Area Sales Manager (ASM) for Emerging Corporate Markets is responsible for driving sales growth, developing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory. This role requires a proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the corporate market landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and sales targets within the emerging corporate market.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand market trends.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key corporate clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations to corporate clients to promote products/services.
- Sales Performance:
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Monitor sales performance and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting progress and strategies for growth.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback on market needs and trends.
- Support and mentor junior sales team members to help them achieve their targets.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.
- Manage the sales budget effectively to maximize return on investment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
