Assistant Demand Planning Manager / Senior Demand Planning Executive

The Assistant Demand Planning Manager reports directly to the Regional Operations Director and is responsible for: Supply Chain Planning
  1. Define, implement, and monitor inventory planning strategy both in Distribution Center and Stores in the markets in scope.
  2. Manage the end-to-end order & supply flow for Limited Edition products.
  3. Manage the stores replenishment process to maximize sales.
  4. Work with merchandising to ensure assortments strategy deployment.
  5. Monitor consignment and special statuses inventory.
  6. End Of Life Management including boutique and HQ return handling.
Orders Administration
  1. Follow up and/or create all required Purchase Orders to HQ.
  2. Execute product write-off and consignments.
  3. Follow up on specific sales orders (straps, POSM delivery, VM, etc.).
  4. Process stock allocation transfers between virtual storage locations.
Data Analysis
  1. Run regular reports (Incoming deliveries, Inventory evolution, etc.).
  2. Support the team with ad hoc reporting.
Support Internal and External Sales Events
  1. Handle Staff Purchase requests from order to delivery.
  2. Execute special sales online and offline.
  3. Support the Marketing and Sales team during events (e.g. stock handling).
  4. Handling of product samples (Marketing and High Value).
REQUIREMENTS
  1. Degree or above in Supply Chain, Business or related discipline.
  2. At least 5 years relevant experience in the retail industry.
  3. Knowledge in supply chain planning and supply chain concepts.
  4. Strong analytical and communication skills.
  5. Independent and proactive.
  6. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (Looker, Power BI is a plus).
  7. Knowledge of ERP systems and orders processing.
  8. Exposure in SAP system is an advantage.
  9. Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus).
