The Company :

• Japanese owned company
• Importer, wholesaler & distributor: Japanese wine imported from Japan for Hong Kong market
• Key customers: Japanese restaurants, hotels, bars, supermarkets & retailers in Hong Kong
• We are looking for Japanese speaking Wine Sales Executive/Sales Manager - 2 vacancies - with details as follows:

• Report to Sales Director (Hong Kong staff) & Director (native Japanese)
• Explore and develop new business opportunities
• Handle all enquiries and problems from customers in a professional manner
• Handle key accounts assigned by the company
• Develop and implement an account development plan for each assigned account to maximize revenue in both short term and long term
• Achieve sales target by generating revenue from both existing & new accounts
• Maintain and update product information on digital marketing pages such as Instagram and Facebook
• Work on inventory tasks & stockist operation
• Assist the Sales Director with document preparation and order follow-up
• Collect market information and assist in marketing campaigns
• Monitor customer behaviors and follow up on payments
• An advantage if certificate holder of WSET or related wine courses
• Sales Executive: 1+ year sales experience in wine/beverages/food
• Sales Manager: 4+ years sales experience in wine/beverages/food
• An advantage if experience in Japanese wine or Japanese food
• Good communication skills in Japanese & Cantonese/English
• Computer-literate in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• 5 days work
• 13 months salary + performance bonus
