Technical Assistant - Body & Paint (Peugeot)

• To manage team members effectively so that each team member achieves his targeted productivity, efficiency and revenue
• Provide technical support and monitor checking of vehicle according to Final Control SOP, to ensure all listed points have been checked by technician
• To ensure that the jobs are performed on customer’s cars as per Peugeot Standards and issues are addressed conclusively in the first visit of the car
• To ensure repairs are performed within the stipulated time, to ensure timely completion of repairs and delivery to customer
• To train and develop team members
• To ensure that the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is followed by all team members fully
• Ensure periodic tools & equipment check and maintenance /workshop housekeeping
• Achieving the financial target set by the management every month

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Automotive) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English. Chinese would be added advantage.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Able to start immediately or within short notice period.
