Roles and Responsibilities  1. New Product / Process Development in Oilfield Chemicals especially which are falling in the range of the following: a) Emulsion Breakers for crude oils b) Pour Point Depressants for crude oil & lube oils c) Corrosion Inhibitors & co corrosion inhibitors d) Drag Reducing Agents e) Surface active agents as per the Development policy of the company from time to time. 2. Support to the existing products: a) Through modification of the process for cost reduction b) Specific engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital. 3. To oversee and manage a Performance Appraisal system that delivers high performance. 4. To maintain the work structure by updating Job Descriptions for all positions. 5. To assume total I/C of R&D Dept. 6. Implementation of all aspects of QMS to achieve the Targets fixed by the Management.   Desired Candidate Profile Technical Skills: Handling air-sensitive chemicals (Glove box and Schlenk technique), catalyst synthesis, high-pressure polymerizations, kinetic studies of reactions and polymerizations, characterization techniques - NMR, IR, GPC, GC-MS, DSC, TGA, UV, BET surface area analyzer, Particle size analyzer-Light scattering and SPOS technique.    Oil Field,R&D,Research & Development Designation: Assistant Manager - Research & Development Vacancies: 1 Experience: 15.0 Year(s) - 25.0 Year(s)
