Senior Software Development Engineer

Ground Labs is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our high-performing team working on diverse products and technologies. Based in our Singapore headquarters, you'll collaborate closely with our engineering and product teams. We're a fun-loving team passionate about our work. Who you are: An experienced backend or full-stack software engineer with at least 7 years of development experience. A champion of clean, efficient, and high-quality code A creative problem solver with strong analytical skills Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for continuous learning of new information and technology What you'll do: Develop new product functionality and fix software bugs Participate in all phases of software development (specification, design, development, documentation, unit testing, code reviews) Work with Customer Support and customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues Research new technologies and prototype solutions Contribute to software design and architecture improvements Manage software availability, latency, scalability, security and efficiency What you bring: Degree/Diploma in a computer science or closely related field. Hands-on experience in modern C++ development Experience developing software for multiple platforms (Linux, UNIX, Windows...)
