Job Title: Project Manager The company, a leading construction group in Bahrain, is seeking a driven Project Manager with a strong background in civil engineering and building construction to oversee and deliver high-profile projects. This permanent position reports directly to the Managing Director and offers a competitive salary of BD 3,000 - 3,500 per month, plus flights and medical insurance benefits. Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to strict deadlines and budgets.
2. Lead and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, architects, and subcontractors.
3. Ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements.
4. Manage project scope, schedule, and costs while maintaining the highest quality standards.
5. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
6. Oversee on-site activities, ensuring safety protocols are strictly adhered to.
7. Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

1. A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Project Manager with a main contractor, specializing in civil engineering and building construction projects.
3. Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
4. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
6. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
