Reporting to the Head of Employer Solutions, this full-time and permanent position is based in Hong Kong, allowing you to make a significant impact on our growth. Key responsibilities: Key Account Management

  1. Responsible for managing the portfolios of the Employer Solutions team.
  2. Responsible for cross-sell/upsell as well as overall client experience.
  3. Attend meetings with the Commercial team to review key accounts and provide updates on deliverables.
  4. Work closely with the deliverable team to solve client issues and ensure the quality of the deliverables.
  5. Achieve the business goals and financial objectives of the department.
  6. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and deliver high-quality service.
  7. Support Senior in business development and client management, such as attending client meetings and preparing marketing materials.
  8. Review proposals, fee quotations, and service agreements for potential clients.
  9. Responsible for own clients’ portfolio, managing the WIP, recovery rate, and fees receivable.
  10. Design various reports to fulfill clients’ business objectives.
  11. Collaborate with clients to define success metrics and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring progress.
Operation responsibilities
  1. In charge of a portfolio of clients with various assignments in payroll, statutory filing, MPF/ORSO administration, employment visa applications, etc.
  2. Analyze client portfolios to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, ensuring that each client’s needs are met effectively.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to optimize client engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of client projects and initiatives.
  5. Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and KPIs, ensuring that client expectations are met or exceeded.
  6. Identify and mitigate potential issues that may impact project success or client satisfaction.
  7. Use client feedback and performance data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  8. Ensure compliance with statutory payment and reporting requirements in MPF and tax.
  9. In charge of the setup for new payroll clients.
  10. Responsible for reviewing and keeping abreast of the latest regulatory requirements.
  11. Review and sign off KYC onboarding documentation.
  12. In charge of the MPF scheme setup and acquisition of various insurance policies for clients.
People Management
  1. Support Seniors in people management, such as conducting counseling and staff performance appraisal.
  2. Manage client assignments, monitor, and coach junior team members to deliver professional client services.
Other
  1. Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned by management.
Key requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business Studies or Human Resources Management.
  2. Experience with a sizeable professional firm is a definite advantage.
  3. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in payroll or HR administration, with at least 5 years’ experience at a supervisory level.
  4. Good knowledge of Employment Ordinance and HR-related regulations is preferred.
  5. Proficient in various HRIS systems is an advantage.
  6. Outgoing and a good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Self-motivated, detail-minded, responsible, and sales-driven.
  8. Strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills, able to multi-task.
  9. Excellent command of spoken and written English, with fluent spoken Mandarin.
