Civil Engineering and Development Department 土木工程拓展署 Fanling North New Development Area, Remaining Phase: Site Formation and Infrastructure Works 粉嶺北新發展區餘下階段-地盤平整和基礎設施工程 AtkinsRéalis Asia Limited invites applications for the following Resident Site Staff positions under the project for Fanling North New Development Area, Remaining Phase: Site Formation and Infrastructure Works. The works comprise site formation of lands and ground investigation within Fanling North New Development Area (FLN NDA), construction of at-grade roads connecting FLN NDA to Fanling Highway and associated junction/road improvements, construction of noise barriers and low noise road surfacing, construction of common utility enclosure and associated works, and ancillary works including footbridges, footpaths, cycle tracks, lighting, traffic aids, sewage pumping stations, drainage, sewerage, water mains, landscaping works, slope works and electrical and mechanical works. The first contract has commenced in July 2024 and will take about 66 months to complete tentatively. Candidates should have:

1. Bachelor Degree from University or equivalent in an appropriate discipline, with formal training pre-approved by appropriate professional institution/institute; and Minimum 3 years’ of relevant post qualification experience; or
2. Bachelor Degree from University or equivalent in an appropriate discipline with at least 5 years’ post-academic qualification experience in professional field and level.

1. 持有大學頒發相關的學士學位或同等之相關資格，並獲工程師學會 / 專業學會預先認可的正式訓練；及具有最少三年取得該專業資格後之相關工作經驗；或
2. 持有大學頒發相關的學士學位或同等之相關資格，並具有最少五年取得該學歷資格後於相關專業機構工作的經驗。
