We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Investment Services Manager (12 months fixed term contract). Principal Responsibilities

  1. Partner with markets to execute customer-related activities effectively.
  2. Engage with key stakeholders in Product, Risk, Compliance, and COO for Global Insurance customer management.
  3. Lead the engagement, acquisition and retention of prospects and customers.
  4. Develop and implement new propositions across markets.
  5. Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs and competitor positioning.
  6. Lead customer performance management for global insurance.
  7. Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and outcomes.
  8. Utilize strong communication and presentation skills to influence all levels of the organization.
  9. Apply strong analytical skills to translate customer insights into actionable strategies.
  10. Demonstrate a proven ability to develop and implement customer initiatives that drive business growth and improve customer outcomes.
