Store Manager - Wairau Road

If you value passion, dedication and commitment as much as us - we want to hear from you! The Role This is an integral role within our busy retail store in Wairau Road on the North Shore. This role requires a knowledgeable people leader and sales manager to help us further grow and expand within the Auckland region. Your responsibilities will include the following:

• Management and profitability of products and sales
• Training and development of staff
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Accurate stock management and quality control
• Ensuring best Health & Safety procedures and processes are followed

• A full, clean NZ Driver's License
• A minimum of 2 years' experience within management, including retail sales and people management
• Previous experience working within the tyre or automotive industry would be advantageous
• An exceptional attitude and positive approach to work
• Determination and desire to bring out the best in people and be a great leader
• Strong commercial acumen and business management skills
