Digital Identity Systems Analyst

Job Summary: We seek a Digital Identity Expert with intense Monitoring and evaluation (M&E) experience to support digital identity

systems' design, implementation, and assessment. The successful candidate will establish success metrics, monitor project

progress, and ensure implemented systems meet project objectives. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise in the design and implementation of digital identity systems.
• Develop and implement M&E frameworks to assess the project’s impact and outcomes.
• Analyze data to identify gaps and areas for improvement in system implementation.
• Prepare and present reports on project performance and progress.
• Conduct field visits to selected countries for on-site evaluation and stakeholder engagement.

• Master’s degree in information technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital identity systems and project evaluation.
• Proven ability to develop and implement M&E frameworks in large-scale projects.
• Strong analytical and data visualization skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of French is an asset.
