As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing the daily work experience of our employees through training and coordination initiatives.

Coordinate and manage the implementation of training programs for employees across various departments.
Assist in the development and maintenance of training materials and resources.
Organize and schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop tailored programs.
Manage the company's learning management system and track employee training progress.
Coordinate with external training providers and consultants as needed.
Support the organization and execution of employee engagement activities.
Assist in the management of company-provided amenities such as employee cafeteria, uniforms, and lockers.
Coordinate with partnered clinics to organize and implement regular health check-ups for employees.
Support the operation of the Safety and Health Committee.
Assist with other HR functions as needed, including recruitment, payroll, and performance management.
Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and certifications.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year experience in HR, preferably in a training and development role.
Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Knowledge of training and development best practices and adult learning principles.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Experience with learning management systems and e-learning platforms is preferred.
Familiarity with Saudi labor laws and regulations is a plus.
Health and Safety Officer certification or willingness to obtain one is desirable.
