Transport Supervisor

_**Key Responsibilities**:_
- Make sure the necessary guidance and observations in line with the achievement of policies and plans approved for transfer.
- Ensure compliance with deadlines to car traffic and bus transportation back and forth and commitment and take into account the safety and comfort of customers.
- Coordination according to the instructions approved and scheduled.
- Receiving orders and requests for various transport, and forwarded for implementation.
- Maintain continuing checks to ensure that all routes and assignments are served as scheduled.
- Accept bus trouble calls from mechanics.
- Replace buses, drivers, etc., to meet needs.
- Advise building officials of route changes, bus changes, late arrivals, departures, etc.
- Assist in assignment of routes, buses, and drivers.
- Directing activities related to dispatching, routing, and tracking of transportation vehicles, aircraft, or railroad cars
- Arranging repairs and routine maintenance of transportation vehicles
- Complying with transportation-related policies, as well as safety rules, union contracts, and government regulations
- Promoting safe work activities by conducting safety audits, and attending company safety meetings
- Good communication skills in **English & Hindi.**:
