HR Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Handle employee relations matters by addressing grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues in a timely and confidential manner.
- Support performance management processes including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
- Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Provide support to the HR team in various administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in human resources roles, with exposure to recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and HRIS systems.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
