Senior Staff Nurse I

Senior Staff Nurse will support the Nurse Manager and deputize in their absence at the clinic to lead and manage the Dialysis Clinic. The role involves delivering holistic care by assisting in all aspects of management to achieve maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness in the facility while maintaining a safe environment that supports optimal patient care. Senior Staff Nurse will collaborate with all healthcare and allied professionals to achieve quality outcomes in the day-to-day management of dialysis patients. Additionally, the Senior Staff Nurse will assist the Nurse Manager in the professional development of staff in the clinic to ensure continuing education for the benefit of both staff and patients.
