Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Business Management Consultant with Financial Planning and Analysis Experience to lead the development and optimization of financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes. This individual will focus on aligning financial operations with strategic goals and implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency. Job Responsibilities: Review and enhance financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes and procedures.Lead the implementation of new systems for planning, budgeting, and reporting, including ERP systems like SAP.Conduct feasibility studies and assess value between different financial sections.Define and document section rules, responsibilities, and create operational guidelines.Optimize the use of ERP systems to ensure compliance with best practices.Develop and implement processes for data collection, financial analysis, and reporting.Support cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management in financial planning.Skills Required: Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes.Experience with SAP ERP and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is mandatory.Expertise in reviewing and modifying financial policies and procedures.Advanced skills in financial analysis, budgeting, and report preparation.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's preferred).A minimum of 5-9 years of experience in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Reporting.Proven experience leading digital transformation projects, including ERP migrations.Demonstrated ability to work on large-scale financial assessments and operations.What's in it For You: Support leading enterprises in solving challenging financial planning and budgeting issues.Gain exposure to innovative business thinking and cutting-edge financial methodologies.Collaborate with a culturally diverse team that encourages and values fresh perspectives.Accelerate your professional growth through international exposure and strategic projects.Be part of a culture that fosters a flexible work environment supporting both professional and personal growth.
