Job Title: Director Planning & DevelopmentThis role is responsible for overseeing the planning and development of various projects within the organization.About Us:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director Planning & Development at University Of Central Punjab UCP in Narowal.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement plans for project execution, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.Lead cross-functional teams to drive project progress and resolve any issues that may arise.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and achieve project goals.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration or Engineering.At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a management position.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Rupees 500,000 - 700,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
