Senior UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our design team. As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and seamless user experiences across various digital platforms. Your role will involve leading the UI/UX design process, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional design solutions that meet user needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process, from conceptualization to execution, for digital products and experiences.

Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate user flows, interactions, and visual designs.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather user feedback to inform design decisions and optimize user experiences.

Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and preferences.

Analyze user data and insights to inform UI/UX design strategies and decision-making.

Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to UI/UX design and user-centered design processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure alignment on project goals, requirements, and design objectives.

Communicate design concepts, ideas, and rationale to stakeholders, advocating for user-centered design principles.

Develop visually stunning and cohesive user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and enhance user engagement.

Create design assets, including icons, graphics, and visual elements, to support the UI/UX design.

Iteratively refine UI/UX designs based on user feedback, usability findings, and analytics data.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

Extensive experience in UI/UX design, including wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI/UX design and problem-solving skills.

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, user research methodologies, and usability testing.

Knowledge of responsive design, mobile-first design principles, and accessibility standards.

Excellent visual and communication skills to present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.

Ability to work in a collaborative, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience with design systems and familiarity with front-end development concepts are a plus.
