Video Editor/Videographer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Video Editor and Videographer with a strong background in video editing software to create engaging and high-quality video content. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field and a passion for storytelling through video. This role will involve both shooting and editing video content for various digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and client projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Shoot and edit high-quality video content for promotional materials, social media, websites, and other digital platforms.

Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop video concepts and storyboards.

Ensure all video content aligns with Taxisio's brand guidelines and client requirements.

Manage all aspects of video production, including lighting, sound, camera operation, and post-production editing.

Utilize video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar to create polished and professional videos.

Edit raw footage into final video products, including adding effects, graphics, music, and sound.

Maintain and organize video assets and manage media storage.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video production and editing.

Work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure all equipment is in proper working order.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Arts, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Video Editor and Videographer with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in video editing software.

Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and other relevant video editing tools.

Strong understanding of video production techniques, including lighting, sound, and camera operation.

Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
