About The Client Our client is a leading conglomerate FMCG business, currently looking for a Senior Legal Officer to join as part of the team. This is an excellent opportunity for a committed legal professional with 3+ years of commercial experience to join the stable business. About The Role Work within a small team, you'd work directly with the Head of Legal, and support on the following:

1. Assist in managing legal matters across various business units.
2. Review and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
3. Provide legal support on commercial transactions and compliance issues.
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to legal regulations and company policies.
5. Conduct legal research and analysis as needed.

Requirements

1. 3-5+ years of in-house commercial legal experience.
2. A solid understanding of corporate law and commercial contracts.
3. Excellent proficiency in English and Chinese, both written and verbal.
4. Strong educational background is preferred (degree in law or related field is a plus, but not required).
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong interpersonal skills.
