As a Sous Chef - Staff Restaurant, we rely on you to:

• Oversee the daily operations of the staff restaurant, including food production, food presentation, and menu design
• Maintain the food quality and kitchen sanitation in compliance with HACCP standards and the Hotel's safety regulations
• Order ingredients, arrange the roster of the team, operate equipment and conduct mise en place verification to uphold the staff restaurant's highest quality benchmarks
• Conduct regular training on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), food recipes, and food safety to enhance the proficiency of the team

• Minimum 8 years of culinary and management experience in luxury hotels, clubhouses, or upscale catering groups, including 4 years of experience in hotels with similar capacity
• Experience in the operation of a staff restaurant would be an advantage
• Solid hygiene knowledge in HACCP
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong leadership and communication skills in both Chinese and English
