Location: Lagos Nigeria Reports to: MD Compensation: N500000.00 monthly net other interesting benefits. About Company: Our client is a startup network infrastructure company that specializes in providing managed services for infrastructure network management data integrations and application management in Nigeria. The Company is known for its reputation for highquality service delivery and customer satisfaction. The company is seeking to hire a resourceful Team Lead HR & Corporate Service who will be responsible for managing all nontechnical human resources administration facilities management and public relations activities within the company. This role will imply that the activities pertaining to facilities management office administration branding and regulatory management fall within the purview of the HR & Corporate Services function. The effective coordination of these functions will be extremely crucial to the success of the organization Key Responsibilities: Responsible for overseeing the administration of the organization through collaborations with other departments and units Planning for human and material resources acquisition and management in line with strategic objectives and budgetary outlines Responsible for planning and management of human resources in the organization including induction programs compensation and payroll policies performance management career management statutory remittances and exit processes Responsible for coordination of all training and capacitybuilding initiatives in the organization Responsible for the development of all human resources policies processes and procedures Responsible for the development of all facilities and office management policies processes and procedures Responsible for drawing up programs and policies for the management of the company s fixed asset register Responsible for the management of liaisons with regulatory bodies and government agencies Responsible for the management of the company s image including liaisons with advertising and image management service providers Monitoring of the daily activities and operations of the HR & Corporate Services department Responsible for drawing up and managing the department s budget as well as inputs into the organization s corporate budget
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Human resources or any relevant field. Relevant professional qualification is an added advantage Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in human resources administration facilities management and nontechnical activities preferably within the Network Infrastructure company. Demonstrated ability to build relationships with colleagues and teammates. Experience working in highpressure environments is a plus. Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to convey complex issues in a simple and compelling manner. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks. Proficiency in office productivity software like Microsoft Office and familiarity with standard office equipment or similar would be an advantage. Strong initiative creativity and a solutionsoriented mindset. Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage priorities effectively. Strong attention to detail and an ability to maintain high standards of quality. Key Performance Indicators: Cost optimization of all Department activities Ensuring Employee Handbook Company Website Company Profile and all Company Channels (phone numbers emails etc.) are up to date and reachable by the public. Employee productivity (cost per capita revenue per capita profitability per capita) Effectiveness of training intervention Enhancement or accreditation of skill levels Employee retention/ turnover rate Increasing or decreasing levels of customer orientation Revenues/Enquiries generated via Company Profiles Web and Social Media Presence and agreed Sales/Marketing CampaignsBenefits
