- Manage the Multi Channel Engagement (MCE) platform for sending mass emailers, ensuring efficient campaign execution, audience segmentation, and performance analysis to enhance communication effectiveness.
- As administrator to EPD Global Training Academy (GTA) – Sumtotal platform, administer quarterly Product Knowledge Assessment (PKT) to support the monthly tracking and update on affiliate training hours.
- Support and collaborate with other stakeholders on new recruits onboarding schedule, from planning, follow-up, and finalizing details to meeting room invites to relevant stakeholders.
- Support SFE Projects where project management processes will be introduced such as risk management, resource allocation, and timeline tracking to ensure successful project delivery.
