ERP Functional Consultant

1. Perform demonstration of cloud solution to potential clients.
2. Document business requirements and translate them into specific functionality within the system.
3. Configure and customize client environments to develop proof of concepts and present solutions to client executives and key stakeholders.
4. Participate in data migration tasks.
5. Build and execute the project plan.
6. Form the solution and translate to configuration requirements; lead a business process session.
7. Assess and develop innovative solutions to solve complex business workflows for clients.
8. Design, develop, and test enhancements in alignment with client’s business process requirements.
9. Implement new feature rollouts and new functionality to scale client’s business needs.
10. Develop client reports and/or saved searches.
11. Provide client training and configuration sessions.
12. Provide product support by researching and interpreting information in a way that clients can understand.
13. Advise clients on business processes and compliance with best practices in the industry.
14. Develop and maintain dialogue and relationships with clients throughout any services engagement, and beyond, with a goal of developing additional services opportunities.
15. Ensure all proposals are authorized by the PS Manager prior to submission and in accordance with TEIBTO standards.

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Accounting, or Finance.
2. At least 1-2 years experience in business application and ERP implementation project management with a consulting firm or software provider (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
3. Experience in NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, or any ERP systems will be advantageous.
4. Strong interpersonal, communication, and management skills.
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
6. Good command of spoken and written English.
7. Good computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
8. Willingness to travel is desirable.
