• Change Management Framework: Establish and maintain a robust change management framework for all technology changes.
• Approval Processes and Reporting: Set up clear approval processes, and implement mechanisms to monitor and report on the progress and impact of changes.
• Driving Continuous Improvement and Training on change management.

• 5 years' experience in Change Management or equivalent Service Management discipline.
• ITIL v4 Foundation accreditation.
• Strong understanding of the Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC).
