Program Manager, Third Party Risk Management & Responsible Sourcing (Procurement)

- Business Function: Program Management
- The primary responsibilities of this role are three-fold:
- First responsibility as a team member is to provide integrated team support to the organization to mitigate potential supply chain risks, both operational and reputational for the company.
- Second responsibility is to manage or support one or more of three core scopes:
- Supplier Onboarding / Recurring Risk Assessment
- Supply Chain Risk Management
- Responsible Sourcing.
- Third responsibility is to collaborate within the Third-Party Risk Management and Responsible to develop a robust closed loop operating system that is the single source of truth to the company.
- Demonstrated experience in four or more of the following qualifications:
- Supplier Onboarding / Recurring Risk Assessment
- Supply Chain Risk Management
- Responsible Sourcing Management and Reporting
- Digital Transformation
- Project / Program Development and Management
- Critical Thinking
- Aravo or a similar application managing Supplier Onboarding / Recurring Risk Assessment.
- Resilinc or a similar application managing Supply Chain Risk Management.
- Direct experience managing or supporting RBA and CDP or similar oversight initiatives for responsible sourcing.
- Experience identifying and developing supply chain stress test / what if scenarios.
- Understanding of an integrated supply chain from Customer to Sub Tier Suppliers
- Knowledge of global / regional geopolitical, macroeconomic and natural disaster impacts on manufacturing supply chains.
