Role Summary: The Communications Manager will lead the development and execution of strategic communication initiatives to enhance Jaipur Rugs' brand visibility, reputation, and engagement with key stakeholders. This role requires a blend of creative and analytical skills to manage internal and external communications across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy aligned with the company’s vision and goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Content Creation:
- Craft compelling content for press releases, newsletters, blogs, and social media channels.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and product catalogues.
- Media Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and media outlets.
- Coordinate press events, interviews, and media coverage to ensure positive brand representation.
- Internal Communications:
- Develop initiatives to keep employees informed and engaged, including newsletters, town halls, and internal announcements.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to drive company culture through communication.
- Digital Communications:
- Oversee website content management and SEO strategies.
- Manage social media platforms to ensure consistent messaging and engagement.
- Brand Management:
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the core values and mission of Jaipur Rugs.
- Crisis Management:
- Handle communication during crisis situations to protect the company’s reputation.
- Research and Reporting:
- Conduct market research to understand target audiences and industry trends.
- Prepare detailed reports on communication activities and their impact.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a similar role.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media and SEO.
- Experience in media relations and handling press events.
- Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A creative thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
