Quality Assurance & Control (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics) Job Type: Full time Leading QA Section Head, Engineers/Executives and drive operation group for continuous quality improvement toward quality excellence and customer satisfaction. Primary Responsibilities:
- Group and lead QA engineers/executives to strive for continuous quality improvement.
- Coordinate and drive operation group for line compliance, in-process product and out-going product quality improvement.
- Continuously seek for “opportunity for improvement” areas in systems and processes to drive cross-functional teams for continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain relevant quality metrics for the organization.
- Support new product introduction and qualification.
- Review the training matrix needs to level up subordinate competency. Provide proper coaching and guidance to subordinates and peers.
- Plan and conduct regular internal audits to ensure system and process compliance.
- Manage customer/end customer audits and follow up on action items until closure.
- Handle customer complaints & quality feedback by ensuring detailed/timely 8D report submission, containment, corrective, and preventive action.
- Support Change Control and other Quality System Initiatives.
- Provide adequate and cost-effective facilities, equipment, and manpower necessary for maintaining the required quality levels of the production and services.
- Any other duties assigned from time to time.
