Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the technical aspects of security system projects, specifically CCTV systems. Lead and supervise a team of technicians and engineers in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV systems. Collaborate with clients to understand their security requirements and provide customized solutions. Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine optimal locations for CCTV cameras and equipment. Design and develop CCTV system architectures and infrastructure. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in the implementation of security systems. Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or related field. 6 or more years of working experience in the Security Industry. Prior experience in handling at least 5 or more engineers. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
